A less stress package for the busy bride!

Rental Time:  

• Friday 10am - 8pm (5pm Rehearsal, 6-8pm Rehearsal Dinner)
• Saturday 9am - 11pm
• Sunday 11am - 1pm (Retrieval of personal items)

Inclusions:

• Friday Pavilion Rehearsal Dinner Set Up with tables/chairs/black linens/lantern centerpieces for up to 60 people.  Client responsible for arranging catering.  Beverage station set up with bartender included (please read alcohol policies).  Client provides all beverages/cups/napkins/garnishes. 
• Event Directing - In house director creates a detailed timeline with the bride, manages wedding party and vendors for rehearsal and eight hours on wedding day. (A questionnaire will be emailed to bride 90 days out)
• Use of our banquet room, covered pavilion, and open air dock on Friday and Saturday.  
• Up to 150 white event chairs for your ceremony on our dock or under our pavilion.  
• Includes banquet room guest tables and chairs for up to 150 guests and banquet room tables for food, gifts, cake, display, and a sweetheart table.  White, Ivory, or Navy linens can be provided and placed for the banquet room Saturday.  
• Cocktail tables can be placed under the pavilion or on the dock on Saturday.  
• Four pavilion guest tables (seating 8-10) and chairs are also provided.  
• Light decor (candles, lanterns, signs; no florals) and set up of decor the client provides by Wednesday is included.  (A plan will be created with the bride)
